Clipped: Collier, Lee see rise in thefts of lawn care equipment
Lawn maintenance equipment theft has been on the rise statewide for months, the Collier County Sheriff’s Office reports. The Sheriff’s Office has taken 20 reports of lawn maintenance company break-ins and equipment thefts since December. Some of those are thefts from homes, sheriff’s Capt. Chris Roberts said.
